Bob and I, along with Miles, the cat are back on the road. We left home on Tuesday, November 3rd. Our first stop was at an RV park in Cape Girardeau, MO for two days. We didn't want to get too far from home as we got back in the swing of things. For the most part, everything was great. Got used to the RV life pretty quickly and it ain't bad!
Our next stop was in Caruthersville, MO at the Lucky Lady Casino RV park. It actually was very nice. We stayed for one night. Gambled-I started with $10.00 and came out with $9.97. Bob started with $20.00 and came out with NONE!
Next we headed to Savannah, Tennessee. We are staying three nights at Green Acres RV park. Nothing fancy, but it meets our needs. We visited the Buford Pusser home and museum-of Walking Tall fame. Interesting. Tomorrow we will got to Shiloh National Battlefield.
As always, we miss our family and friends and appreciate them very much.
